My friend H1B visa was rejected after getting stamped after3months.US embasy pople are not saying the reason.?

he got H1B stamping in Jan 2008.he got a call from US embassy on 18.04.2008 that his visa get rejected.they are not saying the reason.Why it was happend we didnt understand.

can you please guide me the proper solution please.

  1. Actually, they're required to give the basic reason for a denial. They should have given him a paper with that on it. Maybe he doesn't really want to say what happened or why. perhaps he's embarassed. Hard to say. However, the embassy can't directly turn down an H1b visa for reasons connected to the petition itself. They have to send it back to USCIS in the US with a report on why they wouldn't approve it, and then USCIS has to send a report to the petitioner. This process can drag on for a long time, but once the petitioner gets the report, he has 90 days to respond and then immigration has to decide whether to revoke the petition or send it back to the embassy. Your friend should contact the employer in the US and let them know what happened.
