My friend acts weird?

I have this friend now for five years were not best friends but we regularly see eachother.I have noticed many things about her including, she always talks about herself and always relates things to herself, she always looks in the mirror when shes talking or just staring. She claims she had boyfriend years ago for 2 yrs that no one ever saw and i mean no one he just snuck into her window everynight no pics no nothing. She hasnt had a boyfriend or a guy she hooked up with since ive met her. And never says she likes anyone and alot of guys like her. She also always has to be right she knows everything. What is up with her?

People who feel left out want to fit in, especially teenagers.

And to do that they lie that they smoke, took drugs etc.

She is trying to fit in , trying to CHANGE herself to fit in.

The worse thing ever it to not be yourself, it hurts, deep.

You can help her, tell her people should accept her for who she is, not a stranger.
