I was thinking of starting with skipping and then some padwork.

  1. Shadow boxing, skipping, swat thrusts, weight training, then start punching each other


  2. shadow box with 1 Lb weights and move up, also spar with eachother because thats the closest youre going to be to a fight without actually being in one
