My friend asked me for guy advice.....I'm not the one to ask at all...care to help?

She is 16 like myself and has never had a boyfriend let alone been kissed (she's almost 17). It really gets her down in the dumps. We were talking yesterday and she said it's because of the way she looks (she is a really sweet girl and funny, too) but she said why change her looks just to get a boyfriend? - she is over weight and has some abnormalities with her body underneath ehr clothes but she isn't ugly per sae. What should I tell her? As her best friend she's come to me but I have little experience myself. HELP?!?!

she needs to know that she isn't an ugly person at all how is she going to get a boyfriend when shes thinking negitive thoughts about herself tell her that she has to love herself before she can even start to love a boyfriend if not the relationship won't ever last if she keeps putting herself down the way she does I don't think a guy that loves her so much would want to hear her put herslef down like that. That will make the guy think that she doesn't care or love herself. I hoped this helped
