Ok. one of my close friends asked me if a home pregnancy test would show positive after 5 days from the time she had s*x. i know you can test as soon as 5 days early from your missed period but only 5 days from the time she had s*x... is that possible it could show that soon?

it shouldn't technically.... HOWEVER, since sperm can be active up to four days after sexual intercourse, and if near the time for her menses, it is a possibility.

absoutly not true. You dont have enough hcg to show up in your urine, hcg is produced by the placenta, usually the earliest it will show up is about 4 weeks with a urine test, and about 2 or 3 weeks with a blood test.

No, it won't show that early. I tested positive 9 days after conception (3 days before missed period) with an early result test and got a feint positive.

and even the 5 days before your period c**p doesnt work that well. i tested 5 days before and up until and i was negative.

one week later my period still didnt come and i finally tested positive (all the tests i used were clearblue early digital) so i highly dought itll show up afetr only 5 days mine took 5 weeks!!!

no not possible, the egg needs atleast 8-10 days to implant. tell her to take it if her period doesn't start.

Impossible to be accurate 5 days after having s*x, if she was pregnant implantation would not have even taken place yet. Some women are able to test early, 4-5 days before their period but many test much later. It is very common to not get a positive result until 7-14 days AFTER a missed period. I didn't test positive until 11 days late with my daughter.
