My friend called me FAT cause I can't see my hip bones! UGH! I'm annoyed.. I'm 15, what should I do?

Before I got pregnant I couldnt see my hip bones, I could feel where they were but nothing sickly. My friend called me fat cause I couldnt see them before. Shes not jealous cause shes got hips that come out. Any ideas? Its sorta made me feel crappy

just cus u cnt see ur hip bones dnt mean tht ur fat shes just supper skiny i can only just see mine i can feel them tho and i wudnt say tht im fat. i think every1 wants to lose some weight to make there self comfortable with there body. if your not worried about it then ignore your friend and if u are lose a bit of weight untill your happy

Um, a lot of people who are not fat cannot see their hip bones. It has to do with how you're built not with being fat.

Maybe you should try thinking about something else.  Such as, um... how the universe came into existence.  How so very vast the universe is.  And how so very very insignificantly small you are.  And how so very much smaller your little problem is compared to... no, not that war going on in that other country... no, not all those people dying of starvation... no, no... think bigger... and how your life is so short and how the universe will not remember you because in fact, the universe does not even know you exist.  You exist like microscopic germ on a rock that floats around this tiny star.  If this star coughs... this little rock will completely burn up in an instant, leaving nothing behind.  Are you getting the idea?  You are nothing.  We are all nothing.  Think about those famous people that lived thousands of years ago.  Does anybody know if they looked at their hips to see if they were fat?  No.  We basically know nothing about them, just a few historical facts.  What do we know about the general population back then and their thoughts... nothing at all.  Were the women pinching themselves to see how fat they were, and the men flexing their muscles to see how strong they were?  Yup, they were -- at least some of them.  Those people are long dead and unknown, just at you will be sometime soon.  Think of it that way.  Are you feeling better now?
