My friend cannot access her yahoo page?

when i first installed msn messenger onto my computer, i too lost my access to yahoo.  i had to go into my internet settings and desensitize my internet messenger security.  after this my password was accepted again.  As long as she has her virus/firewall protection on her computer it would hopefully pick up any problems and she could manually delete them without causing any problems with her computer.  Hope this what you were looking for.
