My friend done B A incomplete in kannada medium which work I will suggest?

Presently working in tyres co as a worker. He does not like to work in shift wise. No experience in other jobs. Which type of jobs I will suggest him? Please tell me.

Pardon? I don't know what kannada medium is... You want to suggest a job for your friend who works at a tire company but doesn't want shift work and has no other experience? Tell him to go back to school to get an education if he doesn't want shift work... Most jobs that don't require shift work will require more education. A two-year degree could get him lots of other non-shift jobs.
