My friend eats the skin on his toes.?

I noticed it in the pool a couple of days that his toes are all like cut up.

He says he takes little chunks off and eats them with a nail clipper. Just enough to not hurt. What is wrong here?

well first of all I gagged when I read that. second of all, thats disgusting. your feet have all kinds of bacteria on them, especially if you often go without shoes, or with open sandals. even if you wear socks and shoes, they sweat and get dirty, so you can get quite sick from doing that. I would advise him to stop now before he makes himself very sick with all sorts of stomach or gastrointesinal infections.
