My friend got a CDL A but doesn't know any English? Can he get a job?

My friend from China. He just got his CDL A and is looking for a truck driving job somewhere. He doesn't have experience and doesn't know english. He been looking for quite some time. found nothing and feeling hopeless. Any guys out there can give him some ideas?

Best suggestion...learn English and then get some road experience starting with a small company.

He should be able to get hired anywhere, just not driving until he understands English.

Not comprehending English is a violation of Federal Regulations, and he will be fined and placed Out-of Service if stopped roadside. Most reputable companies are not going to take that chance.
