My friend has a 32 caliber pistol w/ Ivins & Johnson Armory & Cycle Co. on it.

Is there anyone that could tell me any information on this? Maybe, where to look for information? We'd just would like to know about the firearm and the company that made it.

Take it to a gunsmith in your area. They would probably know about the pistol. I didn't find anything on google about that company.

Iver & Johnson. Is it the one with the owls head on it? Cheap pistol even though old. Good for keeping though. Known as the owl head among certain groups..............

The company that made it is Iver and Johnson Arms.  They made a series of low cost, small caliber guns that weren't very good.  If you would like to know more, go to gunbroker.com and see if anyone there might be able to tell you how much it is worth.
