  1. Capstar is supposed to be safe for nursing cats.  


  2. Capstar is very safe,even for small kittens and is safe for nursing moms.It has no known side effects.Something else killed the kittens.If they had a lot of fleas,they may have been anemic and died from blood loss. Did she not take the kittens to the vet?
