i have over 1,000 cards but i dont have the right cardsi cant list them but i will reply to tell you i dont have the card you say

see your friend may have a strong dragon deck but what kind of dragon deck? you can try and counter some normal dragon decks with like dragon capture jar or simply create a deck that can destroy him in an instant. one suggestion is to run a deck that can lock him. an easy one to do is a burn/stall deck because most dragon decks are high and strong monsters. so simply add in some messenger of peace, level limit area b, gravity bind (keep in mind idk if theyre still legal) but add in some burn cards like solar flare dragon, stealth bird, wave motion cannon, etc. simply burn his lp away as he cant do anything to destroy you. look in on some burn decks. sry this isny much info but just a thought. hope this helps
