My friend has trouble losing her stomach....HELP?

she is like 160 pounds and has trouble losing her big stomach and a lil more weight.. What should she do?

Run or at least build up to running also your metabolism will work more effectively if you do short bursts at higher intensitys ie walk for 3 minutes run for 2 if you do this for 20minutes you will find in the 3 minutes you are walking you are walking faster than you did in the previous 3 minutes because your body is getting used to the speed you run at

  3. TREADMILL...LOTS OF WALKING!

  4. eat right and not eat fatty foods, drink alot of water and exercise
