My friend has very bad body odour and breath?

My friend has very bad body odour and his breath stinks every day, although he claims he showers and brushes his teeth daily. Is there any solution to this disgusting odour? And are there any methods of making him do something about it without telling him? Since we're friends, i would not like to offend him even though he really smells. There is also a fish smell when I walk around him. I am assuming he doesnt clean his p***s. Anyone got any ideas?

tell him that your other friend "make a fake one:" he/she smells and then he will wonder if he smell then you bring it up and trow him some axel or some clinical strength :D luck

Hmm... does he change his underwear every day. Does he use good smelling soap, cologne, and deodorent. how long does he brush his teeth and take showers?
