My friend is about 250 pounds, she wants to lose about 100 pounds by march 2009 and ?

doesn't care whether it's healthy or not, she want to loose weight really bad and would do any type of exercise. she doesn't eat junk food anymore, she just eats a lot when she's hungry. I want to help her out but i don't know what kind of diet would give her that type of result, please HELP. she's about 5'5

  2. 6 days a week she must eat boiled or grilled meat, chicken or fish or prawns and eggs.

    skimmed milk with tea and coffee

    no sugar or mayo or butter or oil orsalad dressings unless light.

    she can use lemon and mustard as a dressing or sauce.

    unlimited fruits and vegetables

    1 day a week, eat whatever whenever as a reward.

    walk 3 times a week for 30 minutes. start by 15 minutes.

    example:

    Day 1

    3 boiled eggs

    1 glass fresh orange juice

    grilled mushrooms, tomato

    1 slice of bread

    snack:

    apple, banana, water melon whatever fruit or salad (fresh)

    lunch:

    grilled skinless chicken with vegetables kebab

    salad with lemon squeeze

    Snack:

    tuna salad

    dinner:

    Steak grilled

    grilled tomatos, steamed brocolli, onions.. etc

    20 minutes walk

    Snack:

    2 bananas and an apple

    glass of skimmed milk.

    start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the

    most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a

    lot,  walk  first  or you may have health complications (heart attack,
