My friend is about to give an std to a girl without her knowledge. can't he be arrested?

Any bright female with any self respect would choose to use a condom or just not sleep with the idiot. I don't think he can be arrested but she may be able to sue him for personal injuries. I know I would.

And you still call him a "friend"? If you know it is going to happen and do not to try to prevent it (either convince him not to do it or tell the girl), you are really just as guilty as he is. I don't know if it is a crime or not, but if it is, you could be arrested as well.

She can certainly sue him.

Were that my daughter, the law would be the least of your friend's concerns.

And why are you friends with such s*****k.  If he will do that to her, think what he will do to you someday.

If you don't let the girl know, you're no better than your friend. And your friend should be shot.

I believe he can only be arrested if he knowingly had the HIV virus or AIDS and does not inform the other party before unprotected s*x. If everyone who passed on an STD were arrested, the jails would be overflowing more than they already are.

Why don't you ensure that the girl gets the information ahead of time?  That way she can make the decision to have s*x with him or not.

Um you should tell the girl... it doesnt matter if he can be arrested it is your moral obligation to do so. Wouldnt you want someone to do that for you?
