My friend is being a stupid little blonde and she won't pay me back, how do I ding her credit?

I lent her $50 last month so she could buy a ticket to Disneyland, she promised to pay me back and I have yet to receive payment.

Last week I told her I would give her a week until bad stuff would start happening.

That was a week ago, so I want to start retaliating. How do I ding her credit? I want to really mess it up and ruin her life. What do I do?

If you want to ding her credit, find a collection agency and refer it to them.  THere are a few like, NCO that specialize in dealing with small debt.  The problem is that they may not be interested in just one account.  They will send her a letter and if she does not respond, put it on her credit report.

You don't.  What you should have done was gotten everything in writing.  

You trying to get retaliation over something as stupid as $50 will only wind yourself up in legal trouble.

You threatening bad stuff could wind up with charges being pressed on you for making threats.

Edit: Being as you didn't get anything in writing, no collection agency will take you seriously.

And quit lending money out to people for things that aren't necessary.

Rule #1, don't lend money if you can't afford to NOT get it back.  As for doing anything to her credit?  Yeah, right.  Even a small claims court would probably laugh you out of court for $50.  The court costs are much higher than $50.  Just let it go.
