My friend is chubby and she doesnt like me because im skinny?

ever since elementary school, i knew this girl in my building and she's about my age. we were friends and went to the prom together. my mom even invites her or her mom to parties and funerals even though she is not a family friend. all of a sudden i noticed this year that she started hanging out with these bad girls and started messing around with boys. she even comes home around midnight. we are both 16 yrs old. i dont want to brag or anything but the boys around my block and neighborhood seem to have an interest in me. they say im pretty and they try to date me but i don't talk to them. all of a sudden she started calling me a skinny hoe. i have the feeling she feels insecure. now she doesn't hang out with average or slim girls anymore. she only hangs out with plus size girls. today i saw her and said hi to her but she ignored me and kept talking to her friend and i heard her repeat about skinny b*****s and how they try to steal men from single mothers. i live with both my parents.

I have no idea what being skinny has to do with stealing men from single mothers, but whatever. Let her be rude if that makes her feel better, but continue to keep your cool around her. You're being the bigger person here.
