My friend is doing "salvia"? Is this illegal? She lives in Iowa?

it was legal in chicago up until a little bit ago. you could buy it all over the place.  it may be legal where she lives.

This covers all states.  In some states, it's illegal and ranked with LSD...in others it's illegal for minors to posses...in still yet others, it is completely legal for anyone to possess or consume.  

As for Iowa, it is currently legal though there is a bill that, if made law, will make it illegal.
