i would recomment the QSC RMX 1450, its got a lot of power, and it maintains the same sound quality, no matter how loud you have it

I am quite familiar with ProAc, and they are very picky when it comes to electronics.  I have had great success with two brands.

Arcam and Naim

These two brands sound excellent with ProAc speakers.  For used Naim and Arcam gear, a couple of great places are AudiogoN.com and eBay.com.
