  1. Federal offense if caught

  2. I will answer your question, under the age of 18 traveling within the US passengers do not need identification. They are subject to more scrutiny. My 15 year old nephew forgot his school ID and TSA emptied his backpack and removed his pencils and pens. I am sure he will not forget it again. He came from Seattle to KC, we flew back to to Arizona together.

  3. If the friend is an adult.

    The Mann Act.

Smuggling an illegal minor, both Federal crimes.

You have to have real ID to fly.

Under the Real ID act, which parts have came into force, not a smart move.

  4. Hope they catch her and deport her

  5. The laws are getting much tougher for human trafficking, and that is the correct legal term for what your "friend" wants to do.

Additionally, law enforcement is stepping up as well and to be honest its about time.

  6. You are attempting to use the immigration forum to solicit information on the best way to commit a CRIME and get away with it.

Not what this forum is for...

  7. if caught, she will be charged with kidnapping.no matter what.smuggling and other "fun" offenses.

  8. She is taking a big risk.  At 13, she will need identification.  A birth certificate, and most American children get their Social Security numbers at birth.
