  1. offer to bring the b day cake. or other home baked goodies as a gift. your kids will love to help make it.

  2. Bubbles! You didn't mention the ages of the kids but if they are younger than 5, bubbles and sidewalk chalk can be shared easily and you can get both items at the dollar store.

  3. I agree with bubbles! My cousin's daughter had her birthday party a couple of weeks ago and I was broke. I got her bubbles and a skipping rope which cost less than $5. I felt terrible and said to her "it's not a big present but next time I see you, we'll do eachother's hair and nails". I realised shortly after that I shouldn't have felt bad at all because all the other toys went to the corner on the room while she bubbled on!

  4. A board game they all can play.

  5. You could always give them a joint gift like a small swimming pool, board games, or a run through sprinkler. The dollar tree even has some room door hangers & picture frames you could pick up for them to decorate.

  6. I think the bubbles are a great idea!  It's something that they all can share and play with together regardless of their ages.  You can also get some sidewalk chalk.  We get that at the dollar store all the time and my kids LOVE it.

  7. How old are the kids and are they boys or girls.  You could always do a play do set or legos.  If they are girls you could do a dress up kit and put all their names on the package.  Anything that kids can share.  If you are creative you can make tutu's out of tulle and elastic.  I make these and they only cost about $3.00 to make.  you can find dircetions on line.  They are adorable
