I love Silas! Silas Matthew is my choice of her boy names, but I'd like Silas Malachi better.

I'm sorry, but I don't like any of her girl names. If I were forced to choose, I'd pick Melodee Haydynn. If I could, I'd tweak it to make Elodie (pronounced like Melody without the M) Christine.

Oh, and Trapper John makes me giggle. There used to be a show on tv (kind of like ER) that had a character on it named Trapper John.

Cooper Tait.  My ex's middle name was Wayne.  It always bothered me.  Trapper is a folder from the 80's- Trapper Keeper.  That's a terrible name.  I'm all for different- my son's name is Finley.  Matthew is his middle.  Silas is cool- watch Weeds?  

For the girls- tell her not to change the spelling of traditional names.  That is tired and confusing.  Get a little more creative!  But I do like Maddison Nicole.  Or Bailey Renee.
