He really has no job. That is all the money that he has.

  1. Tell him to move back with his parents.

  2. Your friend can afford an apartment with his savings but needs to find a job first, to make it all work. No one will rent to a non working person, unless his rent is being paid by a reliable party. Even then, I highly doubt it. Fast food eateries are always hiring, so if he wants to work badly enough, he will check into it. If he's living with you, I hope he's helping out with room & board before it puts you in dire straits financially.

  3. I am a land lord and I would not rent to him Nothing personal, I do check background, references, jobs, last place lived, pay stubs   I (do call the company) you work for and past work places.I have bills to pay also and it is my business which helps me pay those mortgages!!! so why cheat someone??

  4. even if he got one..he wouldnt beable to aford it any longer than probably a month or two

he should start looking for a job lol

  5. $6,000.00 does not go far when there is no income.

No landlord in their right mind would rent to a person with no job.

  6. Yes, of course.  Just forge some documents/paystubs to make it look like you have a job. Their not gonna check if they look real.  It's so easy.. You gotta look out for #1.

  7. It's doubtful anyone will rent to him.
