My friend is working in government company ..........Help him..........?

What would you suggest............?

my friend who was working in NALCO(psu) recently joined NTPC(psu) without showing that he was working in NALCO. but he submitted his bond money of Rs 60,000 to NALCO and relived from there, now he has joined NTPC. because NALCO was not providing him NOC thats why he did not show in NTPC that prior he was working in NALCO for 8 month.he worked in NALCO for 8 months.

......... will it create any problem to him in future either in NTPC or in other government job(civil services) ?

I don't find that he will have problem in future since for permanency in govt, one has to work for a minimum one year or two years then one will get his/her job confirmed. In his case, he has not completed his service one year.

Doing this kind of a fraud can lead to termination of job. But I think he is now in a fix and he has to keep his fingers crossed and hope it doesn't get caught. Whenever he gets caught, he will have no face.
