  1. as long as he's not taking the last oath and not in boot camp, he can back away at anytime.

but why does he hate it?

Marine Corps is the best, isn't it?

or he might just be scared ...

  2. Joya is right

there is no Good way for him to get out now.

(I assume that he has been out of boot camp for 3 weeks)

how can a person join the Marines not knowing what to expect ?

  3. Dishonorable discharge.

  4. Not really, without failing, and that's a terrible way for a young person to start into adulthood.  Quitting and failing can become habit forming.  He signed a contract, he needs to live up to it.  Nobody likes boot camp three weeks in.

  5. my husband said to fail some sort of a tranning active, rifle ranger, or swim quarl. hope this helps, may i ask? why'd he get go into the marine corps int he first place?

  6. shoot himself in the foot!

my friend was thinking of doing this when he came back for break....

but he stuck it out....he's probably happy that he did stick it out...but we were so close to shooting him in the foot, saying that it was an accident...funny stuff when we look back on it.

  7. he doesnt want to get a dishonorable discharge cause that looks really bad, he will never be able to get a job with that on his record, the best thing i can say is fail to qual on the swimming, rifle range or doesnt pass the crucible, he will be recycled to another platoon and have to do it again but if he fails a second time he can get out, thats what my hubby said, cause i asked him if there was anyway to get out if you really hated it and thats what he said!

  8. If he's just in DEP, he can tell his recruiter and process DEP discharge. But if he's already in basic then he'll have to process Entry level discharge

  9. Yes...

Let him jump from 3rd floor at his leg to Break her...

    hope this help:D

  10. If he's been there for 3 weeks he's still probably in first phase, so him hating life isn't hard to believe.  It'll get better when he goes out to the rifle range.  He enlisted in the Marine Corps not the Air Force, what the h**l did he expect.  If he fails to complete the crucible he'll just be recycled into another platoon and have to go through it again with them.  The fastest way to get out of recruit training is to graduate.

  11. Yes no problem. He needs to tell them he is a Republican, he wants to quit so he can work on one of his Daddies friends campain. Well it work for W.
