Get them to the nearest hospital.  They can overdose on Nyquil.  It has a sleeping agent in it.  They need to reverse the effects quickly.

induce vomiting and call the poison control line or what ever the number is on the back. depending on his size, weight, if he ate they might suggest the hospital or to keep an eye on him
