My friend just dropped her phone?

She just dropped her phone while talking to me and her LCD screen is really bright, almost white. what can she do?

And most likely take it back to the store [ Verizon, sprint, t-mobile, etc.] and have them check it out.

I'd suggest getting it looked at before you try doing anything else.
