My friend just found a camel spider at a high school in Colorado! WTF!?

Ok so i thought camel spiders were from iraq, what is one doing in colorado? It isn't very big right now but i heard they can get pretty big. So apart from that what do they eat because my friend wants to keep it.

    There are many different species of solifugae, some are smaller then others.

    Solifugae are carnivorous or omnivorous, with most species feeding on termites, darkling beetles, and other small arthropods, although Solifugae have been videotaped consuming larger prey such as lizards. Prey is located with the pedipalps and killed and cut into pieces by the chelicerae.

    In other words... feed it little bugs.
