My friend just won us concert tickets and??

Okay so my friend just won us concert tickets via radio contest. It one of those private performance shows then after that we go to the actual concert...so im just wondering where are the tickets?? Are they gonna mail them to her? Or pick them up at the radio station while were there?? im so confuesed :[ Does anyone know or have a suggestion?

you have to ask your friend for the details. if your friend won them from a radio station they will either send them to her or she'll have to pick them up from the station.
