My friend let me borrow her Sims Deluxe to download into my computer ?

and when i try to download it it asks for the code i give them the code and they say its wrong when i know its right how do u fix it

it wont work on other pc.. its like u installing microsoft xp or vista. 4 games, ask ur fren 2 copy all the INSTALLED files into dvd or pendrive. then u copy it into ur pc..
