My friend likes watching street fights and i was just wondering if he could be arrested for watching them.?

If he keeps his camera away, doesn't entice any of the fighters, and keeps a good distance, he'll be fine.

well no but they might arrest him anyway even though he's just watching the fight. police may think that person may have been a part of that fight. one thing is for sure they will pat him down. hopefully he does not have any  illegal contraband on him.

He could be arrested for a number of charges. The biggest one being obstruction of justice which is a felony I believe. He probably get caught by the cop who arrested the people who fought, but everyone would scramble if they found out if the cops were coming, other charges could be accesory to murder if anyone got murdered, and the cops found out he was watching and didn't call it in. He probably will never get caught, but their is that chance......... you know??

Well, he will if he records them, even on  his cell phone.  There was a show on that last night...its a CRIME to record the fights for your own entertainment.
