  1. First of all, no one can make you feel embarrassed unless you allow them to do so. Second, she is obese to cover unresolved feelings and wants to stay that way. People get payoffs when they refuse to change. Ask her to think about what or how she benefits from remaining fat. She may surprise herself at what she reveils. She can't fix something she can't identify.

  2. if your really his friend you don't have to feel embarrassed cause his  your friend and from what you said he is full of insecurity so it means he need a tap in the shoulder to make him feel better that's what true friendship means

  3. well you guys can do exercising together.. that way you can help her and she will know that you are always there for her..

  4. Get her to do stuff with you. I mean, if she's really obese she won't be up for going for a run or anything like that, but if you two go out somewhere to eat, suggest a place that has only healthy options like Subway or something that will (hopefully) not have a lot of bad for her foods. Ask her if she wants to walk with you and be like, I need to walk, do you want to go with me? That way she's not offended and even walking can help tremendously. Good luck.

  5. tell her that she needs to really get serious about it. if she REALLY cared she wouldve started by now. take her to the gym with you or bike riding and tell her to start going on a healthy diet and keep track of if shes doing it... hope that helped

  6. go joggin together
