So my friend just started spazing out and saying "magicarp-carp-carp magicarp-carp-carp" is he normal i want to get him help but i dont know his problem please help

don't worry too much about it, everyone gets stressed sometimes, he'll get over it sooner or later.

You could talk to him about it, but probably give him time to calm before you start, otherwise he'll have a spazz at you while he is still charged with stress
