Last time i checked nothing happens. According to the book why do men have nipples, sperm has 5 calories. So if you're on a strict diet perhaps you should lay off the blowing. and the fact that your asking this question leads me to believe you are under the age of 16 so my advice to you and your friend is to hold off as soon as you blow a guy he will want it all the time.

No, nothing happens. It's the same thing as drinking water. You don't get pregnate or anything by swallowing.
