My friend puked all over my couch and my carpet how do i get rid of the smell before my parents notice?

we had a party and my friend felt "sick" and she puked all over my couch but my couch doesnt smell as bad as my carpet, i tried a carpet cleaner, febreez, garlic, and everything i could think of but the next day it smelled again. What do i do? and it's the weekend tomorrow and my parents aren't working so don't know what to do?

please help please!!!

Calm down, just take the cover off of the cushion and pop it in the washing machine. That is what my parents did whenever my brother or I got sick when we were little.

Try baking soda, and a cleaner with NO bleach, scrub the rug and dry with a fan. Take the cover off the couch and wash it. If it still smells tell your parents you had a friend over to watch a movie and she got sick ;)

What you should do is get some baking soda and brush it into

the carpet repeatedly, after taking some white vinegar, 1/3 diluted

with 3/4 water, and scrub the spot with it. But, let the water/vinegar

brushing dry first, then later, do the baking soda brushing.

That should completely do the trick! But be sure you only use a small

amount of the white vinegar w/water! Hope you try this and see!
