just told me some guy likes me. I was kinda mean when I reacted and now my friend is going to tell the other guy but he problem is I like someone else. what should I do

The only  thing you can do is ask your friend to either not tell him that you were mean, or ask her to let you tell him yourself that you are interested in someone else. even if you don't want to tell him, because you're scared, the right thing to do is to tell him. He will probally understand that you like someone else, remain friends with him, and someday you might end up feeling that the guy is the best idea after all. good luck
