  1. Root word it ALka-seltzer = alkaline bubleis in your water yeah all that other stuffs in there too

  2. Not quite but it does raise the PH of the water. Baking Soda does the same. Get the book " The PH Miracle " Alkalized water ( I meant to say from a home unit Kangen water machine ) has a negative charge inducted in it . Google Kangen water if you haven't already. There are some intresting demos to see!! And for all you thumbs downers take an Alk-Seltzer....

  3. How funny! Read the label on the alka seltzer.

    "Contains:

    • Aspirin 325 mg

    • Heat treated sodium bicarbonate 1916 mg

    • Citric acid 1000 mg

    • Alka-Seltzer® in water contains principally the antacid sodium citrate and the analgesic sodium acetylsalicylate."

If you have indigestion and headache (typical hangover) this is a great product. But you don't need to be taking aspirin everytime you hydrate.

From Evamor's website, here's what their naturally alkaline artesian water contains:

"Ingredients - 100% natural Alkaline artesian water with naturally occurring bicarbonates of potassium, calcium, and sodium, and added essential minerals: potassium, chromium, molybdenum, selenium and zinc."

Evamor is not that expensive. A 16 oz. bottle costs about $1, the same as any typical filtered water in a plastic bottle.

  4. What? That is not at all correct.
