My friend says my pic is on gabbleunit.com idk wat it is what is it. culd sumone tell me?

my friend on myspace told me that my picture is on galleunit.com and some other one. i went to the website and it said a friend put it on there. i cant see it without my name, email, and password. what are these websites and how do they get mine? im really confused could some one tell me and if there is any way to get them off? what is it?

This could have happened several ways. You might have gone to a website that might have taken some information from your computer. All they need is your IP address and they can get a lot from just that. You might want to run a virus scan using your most trusted anti-virus software. I have found that some advertisements have gotten my address but it is because I go to a lot of websites that are not what they claim to be. You might have also entered some information to a website like your email address, password, user name and stuff like that. You can avoid this by deleting your Internet Browsing History and your cookie files once in a while.
