My friend sent me a video and it won't open, more details inside...

My friend emailed me an attachment that looked like this:

Untitled.vi

i tryed to open it with the only movie player i have (Windows Media Player) but it WMP is sayin it doesnt support ".vi" files. is there anything i can download, or what can i do? I've already tried to open it in both firefox and explorer.

Hoping you mean .avi file, check this info: http://www.fileinfo.net/extension/avi

Otherwise this is info on .vi files:   http://www.fileinfo.net/extension/vi   but I don't think this is what you want. It will search for any file extension, so bookmark it for future refererence.
