My friend seriously hired a hitman to kill herself, what should I do?!?

This is not a joke. My friend (Who doesnt go to my school, she is in high school) hired a hit man to kill her because she couldnt do it herself. Now she says its too late and the hit man is going to get her in a few days. She says she cant get her money back, so she might as well do it. How do I stop this? I really need help :( I love my friend so much, and I'd really appreciate it.

Wow... I'd be pretty terrified if one of my friends did that. Well, if I were you call the police, get her somewhere safe, some help. Tell you're parents (couldn't really tell how old you are :p) If not that, tell other friends but call the police!!! get help!!!

EDIT: waaaaaaaaaaait a SECOND! Re-reading this, it seems very fake, how the h**l would a 15 year old girl get the cash+find a bloody hitman, and think about it, if she couldn't do the slow wrist-slicing or pills, she would have wayyy less trouble getting a gun.

Where did a high schooler get the money? This is very confusing, but I'm an older person and there are a lot of holes in this statement that I see. Go to a high school counselor and tell the counselor what happened. Maybe she is lying. If so, you don't need a friend like this. I had a friend like this in high school. The bit*h would like to my face about things, and I didn't know it. She would lie about who she knew and what she had done, and there was me, gullable me.

Honestly, call the cops. They will arrest whoever this 'hit man' is, saving your friend and getting him off the streets. Plus if you call anonymously your friend won't get in trouble, and then you should tell her maybe it would be a good idea to see a psychiatrist.

Umm. Seeing that she can't get her money back, i'd call him and tell him to abort the situation but he can keep the money. And just to say, that is the most insane thing I have ever heard. Who hires a hitman to kill them. WHO? That is ridiculous. But for her sake I hope it gets rectified.

First of all...settle down and tell your friend to stop being such a drama queen.  Do you seriously believe your friend has access to

1.  The kind of money it would take to pay someone to kill you

2.  The kind of person it would take to kill you
