My friend stole my ipod

Question

my friend came over to my house and was grabbing her stuff because she was going to hunnington beach and when she came over, my dad saw her leave with MY ipod!! when my dad first told me...i couldnt believe it, so i looked through my whole room and even went over to her house. she claims that she doesnt have it...but how else could i explain my ipod disappearing. Now i dont trust her anymore and she was a really good friend. ive known her for about 3-4 years, and i never thought she'd do anything like that! now my dad wont let her come to my house anymore, and im reallyt bumed!!! what should i do???

Wow. Great friend you have. It's better not to get into conflict with her so ask her parent(s) or something. Raiding her room is BAD. Two wrongs don't make a right. Don't do anything dishonest or bad etc. because that will reflect on YOU.

why didn't your dad say something to her and he waited till she stole it to speak up. i think you should tell her that "you took my ipod by mistake yesterday and my dad saw you leaving with it and i want you to give it back to me" if she lie her way through with it then well you're really burnt because she waited three to for years to gain your trust then she made her move and showed her true colors. make sure you're dad really saw her take the ipod don't accuse her or anything until  you're positive.

you should triple check with your friend because you never know if your dad might be wrong. thats a long friendship, and i don't think she would try that after so long. just double check, it sucks to lose a friend.

well i would make shore she took she could have been listing to song on the way out or wanted to use it. Tell you dad your not shore if she stole it. He did see her take but dont come to conclusions she might took by acdent. Simply ask your other friends to ask her about it and try to get it out of her.
