  1. why wouldn't you be able to kiss anybody?

  2. Don't kiss anyone with braces, but otherwise, once it's healed, you're good to go.

  3. In case of infection?

Im not sure if its true...

  4. its not true. my boyfriend kissed me right after i got it done.

  5. The only thing that people need to worry about when kissing someone while there lip is healing is infection.  The mouth has a lot of bacteria and germs.  So, kissing could lead to an infections.  HOWEVER, as long as the person who got there lip pierced keeps it clean kissing someone shouldn't be a problem after the soreness goes away.  Just tell them to carry a small bottle of antibacterial mouth wash around and they will be fine.

  6. Nope, it's not true.  My boyfriend got snake bites in like the middle of February.  And we didn't do like any hardcore make-outt sessions or anything, but yes, I could still kiss him.  After like two weeks, his lip had healed up and everything was back to normal.

If you can't kiss the person, the only reason would be because the piercing hasn't healed yet or its infected.  They just need to take care of it by cleaning it twice a day, and it'll be fine faster.
