My friend vomits everytime he smokes a cigarette, what's wrong?

when my friend smokes a cigarette, he vomits. if his stomach is empty, he just gags and nothing comes out. but when he just ate, he vomits a pretty large amount. what could be causing this?

That is his body telling him he shouldn't smoke.

ummm smoking is bad for you   maybe his body is telling him to not do it.

He isn't used to smoking and is getting too much nicotine. This could be because he's inahling too deeply, or because he's very sensitive to nicotine. That's genetic. It should stop if he tries inhaling less/taking fewer puffs/using low tar cigarettes until he has more of a tolerance.

Tell him (or i'm having a little hunch it might be you, i might be wrong) to stop smoking. It's bad in the first place, but this is just GAWD telling him not to make it even worse.

it might be because of too much acid in your friend's stomach and gas as its results.

a preliminary indications of gastritis. take an anti gastritis medicines.

The toxins in the cigarette are making him sick. Obviously, he should stop smoking.
