no she should go darker brown and add blonde or gold highlights

Have her grow out her hair ALOT and then ask the stylist to make her hair look fuller and she needs to thin out her eyebrows there a little thick your friend doesn't look very feminine shes pretty, like a diamond in the rough!!!

As for color i think she needs to go similar to her natural hair color, maybe a light brown too or dirty blond with highlights and low lights to make it look thicker volume and body is the key!!!
