My friend wants me to ask this question for her so please answer?

okay she wants to know the fastest, quickest, easiest way to loose the fat on her legs, not her thighs but her legs because she says they are almost as big as her thighs and she isn't fat, i know that for sure and she says she doesn't like how they are so jiggly, so she wants the quickest way to loose that fat, please anwer?

  1. Leg exercises just tell her to lay on her side and lift the leg on top slowly up and down not touching them together after about 20 it will start to hurt but tell her to do it as much as she can to each leg and do it every morning and night it will tone her legs and they wont be jiggly and she wont lose weight anywheres else.


  2. Excercising just your legs will add muscle instead of losing fat. You're best off losing weight overall because when you lose weight of fat, you lose fat all over your body, not just on the particular area that you excercised. Jogging would be the most effective excercise for this.
