for $100 you can get an M-14. it is an awesome gun and fully auto and semi auto. it is powerful and heavy because it is metal and wood (12 lbs).  it goes  330 with .20 gram bbs and faster with .12 gram bbs.  this one doesnt come with a scopebut it has a scope rail  so you can put pretty much any scope on it.

i think the shipping is like $5     you can also look for other   M-14s but i thought it was a good deal for this one.

theres no electric sniper rifles. even if they are they arent accurate. you probably meant electric rifle and in that case, go to airsoftgi.com they are the most reliable airsoft site. expercienced airsofters wil recomend that site
