My friend wants to settle in?

My very good friend wants to settle down in Brazil, any one has a good tip for him. He is a Indian classical musician.

Friend, I know very little about the culture in Brazil.  But I do know their economy has been slumping, like much of the rest of the world.

     However, I do know that it is tough to make it as a pro musician just about anywhere.  I'm a struggling musician myself.
