  1. No. Once he has become an American citizen he will be punished in the same way other Americans are - jail, fines, probation, community service, etc. depending on what he did. Deportation will not be on the menu.


  2. no, he will go to jail. the only way he would be deported is if he got his US citizenship through fraud. As long as this is not the case, he will not be sent from the US
